Generally, any mainstream sites won't. Also, I really encourage being more specific, cause there are millions of websites, and just asking for a list of all the safe ones would take forever.
Just figure that any website that gets more than 500k hits a day doesn't give you viruses.
But be careful about links on sites.

Well those wont give you a virus, but DO NOT go to any russian sites, or any other sites from the former USSR, because they're packed full of viruses.
