Put links to your blog articles on social communities like Twitter, Facebook, Digg, Reddit, etc.
If you have any budget, do a Google and/or Facebook ad.
Put the url of your blog in your email signature.
Tell everyone in your network about it.
Start an e-newsletter with links to your Blog articles.
Be active in forums, social communities and websites that touch on similar subjects to that covered in your blog.
Do some blog video entries, put them on YouTube and embed the videos in your blog.
