You can try some other channels where there employers can see what you post. You'll hardly find an employer here.

There are lots of ways to get SEO projects. There are lot of freelancing sites from where you can get SEO and others projects as well. Odesk, Freelancer, Elance etc are the most effective sites. Or else you can submit ads in local classified sites, this can also help you for getting projects. Best of Luck.
