Okay so my timeline is FILLED with tweets saying that Twitter is going to shut down for a week. Is it really going to? If so, when and why??! Twitter has been moving reallllly slow today. Also there was this thing called the "follow train" going around that was kinda annoying everyone. Could that be why?
