For Christmas 2008 I got an iPod from my Gandma and Uncle. My parents are split up. My step-mum didn't let me bring my iPod to my mums, so I stopped using it all together. Although this was years ago, I feel angry because the iPod was a gift for me. I should've been able to enjoy it!
I occasionally write about it on social media, because it makes me so angry!!!
What can I do!?

Get over it and let go of the past anger still being held after 4 years isnt healthy or realistic. Maybe you need anger managment if something so little has got you so angry (i mean no offence but its the truth)http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/stress-anxiety-depression/Pages/controlling-anger.aspx
