I have two users on my pc. On one side the page loads with statment page loaded but with errors. Other side is ok. When I go to facebook on the error side, it won't even load the friends names on apps. The other side of the computer will. How do I fix this problem? It is not with facebook because the same user has trouble on one side and not the other.

One of the users probably has different internet settings, see what you can do about that.
