I'm looking for something with effects. Like one that if I opened it and enabled Black & White it would stay in black and white when I use it for Omegle.

yeah I think manycam.com should work for that. you could also just go on Rounds – http://apps.facebook.com/chatrounds/conv/?publisherid=elena&campaignid=YA&bannerid=0 – it has a lot of different effects, though you can only use them when you're chatting on there
