I know chat lists everyone who is online whether you speak to them or not, but how does Facebook determine the people shown on you little box of friends on your profile? Are they people who view your profile regularly?
First answerer, I did state in the question I already know that, lol. I'm talking about the BOX of friends on your actual profile.

no that is just random, the people who are online are listed above, and people who you talk regulary are below nothing serious

it has nothing to do with people looking at your profile - it's based on interaction
