Is it a good idea to ask her out? - Dave - 04-28-2013 04:53 AM

Hi folks,

Could do with a bit of advice as I'm not 100% sure what to do.

Basically I've been thinking about asking this woman out for Valentines but the problem is I barely know her. We 1st met several months ago when I was getting physio on my shoulder and she filled in for my usual doctor whilst he was on holiday. We got on well and had a bit of laugh whilst she was treating me and have since chatted a little bit on and off on Facebook.

I know shes single and have been thinking about asking her out on valentines to go to a movie and grab a bite to eat. Just something casual. I'll be the 1st to admit I'm quite shy so this sort of thing doesn't come naturally to me.

I've spoken to my brother about this and he thinks it'd be just too damn weird to ask her out of the blue especially on valentines. I thought it could be the perfect time to ask and would be less awkward then coming out with it some random weekend, but now he's put doubts in my head.

Just really after some more opinions. Should I stick my neck out there now? or bide my time and see what happens in the future?

Thanks in advance

Just do it, what is there to lose, is it the end of the world if she says no ??

go for it and do make her realize that you respect her.
