is it possible to get those gross spam videos that come up on facebook on your wall, without clicking on them?

1. NO you can not get a virus from clicking on a video show in your newsfeed. You can through clicking unknown links PRETENDING to be video links.
2.Yes you can get gross spam videos. It all depends on who has uploaded it and what their intentions are.
