How would I make a website like Yahoo Answer where people can reply to stuff? A free Website? - Bbbeenn P - 04-28-2013 01:04 PM

I was thinking about making a free website for personally use. I want the website to be sorta like Yahoo answer where people can ask question and others can answer or have online forums. I want to build this site and host this site for free? And i want a big limit of memory for my site because i may upload a video or two to it. Any good free site builders like this? Thanks.
