Basically I have this virus where i get redirected to either city ville on facebook or some virus removing website (but it's obviously fake)... I can't get rid of it... I have spybot and Mcafee and it just won't go away. Help?

if you can get lucky do a restore from a previous date
I do not know which OS you have but I think you just goto
start button
all programs
accesories
system tools
System Restore
The dates will come up to where you can restore from. Restore to a day you know is before when this problem started happening. Last resort but usually does the trick if the Spyware hasn't disabled that ability.

Try MalWareBytes, which is a scanner that specializes in cleaning systems that are already infected.
Also try the system restore method that the previous answerer mentioned.

Make sure you're not running more than one AV on your system first.
See if you can run a Boot sector virus scan
If not delete your existing AV(s)
Install (my favorite ) Avast {free}
Run the program
Run Avast using the Boot sector scan { all drives, hidden ...ALL YOU CAN }
This may take awhile
Register Avast right away and you'll get 1 years worth of protection FREE

Try fighting it from Safe Mode With Networking. That sometimes keeps malware from protecting itself.
Also, turn off System Restore to evict any copies of bad stuff that might be lurking there.
To get into Safe Mode with Networking:
1.Log out and reboot your machine.
2.When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly.
3.Select Safe Mode with Networking from the resulting menu.
4.Login. If the malware has changed your password, try logging in as Administrator. By default, Administrator has no password.
5.The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different.
6.When you're finished doing what you need to do, log out and reboot back into normal mode.
