okay so in one of my facebook albums, i have this one picture that has a bunch of likes and comments and i want to make it my profile picture, so that all the comments and likes are still there. help!

I don't think that's possible. You can make the picture itself your profile picture by hovering to the bottom of the photo, clicking options, then "Make Profile Picture", but all the comments and likes wont be there. I think they are specific to each location of each picture if you know what I mean.

dont think you can , just click make this profile picture on the bottom of the picture
