Hey Liberals why is your Lord Obama falling in the polls? - Foghorn Leghorn - 10-12-2012 08:26 AM

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Sunday shows that 29% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-one percent (41%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -12 (see trends).

After reaching a two-year high on Thursday, consumer and investor confidence has fallen sharply over the past three days.

Sixty-four percent (64%) of Americans believe say being a mother is the most important role a woman can fill. Among those whose mothers are still alive, 89% will call or visit Mom today.

Check out our review of last week’s key polls to see “What They Told Us.”

The Presidential Approval Index is calculated by subtracting the number who Strongly Disapprove from the number who Strongly Approve. It is updated daily at 9:30 a.m. Eastern (sign up for free daily e-mail update). Updates are also available on Twitter and Facebook.

Rasmussen Reports will not be conducting telephone interviews on Mother’s Day. As a result, the next update of the Presidential Approval ratings will be on Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. However, additional polling data will be released on this page and on the Rasmussen Reports home page throughout the day on Monday.

Overall, 47% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president's performance. Fifty-two percent (52%) disapprove. The level of overall approval has remained remarkably stable for months (see month-by-month review).

According to Joe Trippi, Scott Rasmussen’s new book “poses a worthy and moral challenge to politicians and practitioners of politics to stand up for the people and their right to self-govern.”

Liberals don't let the facts interfere with their opinions.
But please, don't cite Joe Trippi. He's a whore monger.

Everything he has done has been against the will of the people and immigration reform will just be another one.

He has had to do some unpleasant things to fix the mess that the Bush admin. left.

Your sources are Joe Trippi and Rasmussen Reports? Good Lord.....

Anyway, to answer your question, it's because of the conservative fear-mongering that Americans are so susceptible to. Also, not many people are comfortable with progressivism, even if it is for the good of the whole country.

He is not my lord, he is our president.

Simple, most reasonable educated people don't care for LIARS!

Citing Rasmussen polls has about as much validity as citing wnd as a source.

Obama's rating is RISING in the polls. Your data is out of date. His ratings are currently about 50% so he does have a way to go to get more than just half of the population in approval. You can not rely on a single poll for this - you need to look at several.

Btw: I'm a moderate.
