I own three social networking sites that are pretty robust. I checked out your site..very good...
Now you need to understand SEO and start to load some advertising like google adsense or yahoo ads to your site.
Also, ask a few friends to start a forum and back load links into their forum topics and threads to pick up crawlers, then you will start to see some traction....use twitter, myspace and facebook and cross contaminate the profiles with links
Your content needs to include feeds
