There could be a problem with your computer or you entered your information wrong, is it still saying there is an error?

you need to provide more details - there are many possible reasons
maybe your account was suspended for breaking the rules
maybe you are using a proxy site
maybe you are using a computer that doesnt allow you to connect to facebook
maybe your computer has a virus
maybe your browser is infected with a malicious extension that is blocking it
there are many more possible reasons, but without more information from you, it is impossible to know for sure
