There are different options:

Learn HTML & css to create a static website.
(Every time you want to update a page you need to change the html code)
Learn PHP & mysql to create a dynamic website
(You can add new text through a gui you create.)

The easy solutions
- Get a blog and customize it like a website.
- Get a discussion forum it is not the same as a website but you can chat on it.

If you want a blog or forum or some webspace, still have some webspace available could help you out.

You can go to Tripod.com on the internet and open an account. They offer a basic free account that allows you 20MB of space where you can keep your text and images. You can either use your own HTML skills, or you can use the site builder where you get basic template pages and you specify what you want in the way of navigation buttons (to make a menu) text you want others to see and images (photos or clip art) you can choose, or you can upload your own.

I'm sure there are other sites around, but I have my site (just something I play around with) on Tripod.

You can create a website at webs.com, it's a website where you can do whatever you want on it, but the link will be for example: mywebsite.webs.com. It will have webs.com on the end unless you pay for a domain. Or you can make a blog! At blogger.com or wordpress.com or livejournal.com. It'll have for example, mywebsite.wordpress.com at the end, unless you pay. I have a wordpress blog: http://drawanime.wordpress.com Big Grin
Good luck!
