There are a lot of facebook groups trying to scam , but is there a working way to see ?

No, and any apps that make that claim are a scam.

There is not nor will there ever be an app that allows you to see who has viewed your profile. Facebook has said many times that this will NEVER be allowed as it not only goes against their privacy policies, but also against US and EU privacy laws
Any app claiming to let you see who views your profile is a scam and is often a virus
