Im writing my MA degree diploma about social media metrics impact to e-commerce. Let's say you want to buy a digital camera, you know the exact model, you've read tons of reviews but still not sure. Will social metrics such as number of diggs, tweets or FB posts related to your product will help you to make a decission, that this product is extremly popular and so on.
Or maybe there are more important metrics for you that makes you to buy a certain product?
