What is a good website to start a blog? - Chelsea - 04-29-2013 11:46 PM

I am a college student that has been through a lot the past couple of years. I have a lot of information/stories that I would love to share with people that are willing to listen so I was wondering what is a great website to use to blog. I have never blogged before but I have always wanted to, I just don't know how exactly how to do. Thanks for any help! Smile
