So this lil' asshole was Twitter trashing me, so I reported him and he got suspended. But then an hour later his account was back to normal, and he was raging about being suspended. How did he get his Twitter unsuspended?!?!

Twitter gives a suspension as a warning and usually doesn't
last that long
If the A hole still keeps doing it then report him again
eventually they will delete the account
But then they can make another account in a slightly different
name
Best just to block and forget they exist.
