Hi, i have a notification in "App store" to update my facebook app, when i try to do so, it asks me to sign in with my apple ID, however, my phone was bought 2nd hand, so the previous owners apple ID shows, and it doesnt allow me to change, how do i sort this out?

Delete the app from your phone and then redownload it from fresh, it should then be absolutely fine.

Well you'd have to sign into yours, assuming you've even made one at this point.
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 - will show you how to do that.
Only other option would be to restore it as a brand new iPhone.
On a side note the previous owner was dumb to not have signed out of his/her Apple ID prior to selling.
