Please help me about my computer? - Revise - 04-30-2013 10:34 AM

My computer is quite new touch screen and some other cool stuff but I can't run most of the games properly.I think the problem is my graphic card so I'm here for suggestions and help.
Model: Dell Inspiron ONE2310
Processor: Intel ® Pentium ® CPU P6100 @ 2.00GHz 2.00GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB (3.80GB usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating system
Pen and touch: Touch input available with 2 touch points
Graphic card: (alright this is confusing since my graphic card memory somehow varies and it depends on the usage) Intel ® Graphic

I need help about what should I Improve, because I ran some old games on 5-10 FPS which is annoying and not to even mention about newer games or some that require high graphic.I really want to play and have fun I can barely enjoy 2-3 games and they're all old.
PS:Can i manually change the graphic card or any other things in my computer, because people in my country are too dumb for this computer they don't know how it works.

REVISE,

Unfortunately, there is not much you can upgrade on this system. You can increase memory to 8 gigs. Below are the memory specs.
Memory module connectors Two SODIMM connectors
Memory module capacities 1GB, 2GB, 3GB, 4GB, 6GB, 8GB
Memory type 1333 MHz SoDIMM DDR3
Minimum memory 1 GB
Maximum memory 8 GB

Your system has the onboard intel graphic card. You cannot add another video card to the system. Below is an explanation on why the memory varies on your system.
Dynamic Video Memory Technology (DVMT) determines the amount of system memory allocated to video depending on how much memory is installed in the system. The allocation depends on the operating system installed.the maximum amount of system memory that can be allocated for use by the graphics controller. Your system can allocate up to 384 MB for graphics if needed but may use much less. The typical number is far below the maximum unless the system is running a graphics-intensive program.

Thank You,
