Did she mean monotonous? Because that would mean dull and repetitive, but monotone is a noise haha

She could be describing the way she speaks and presents herself, i.e. a monotone voice. She could also be calling herself boring and repetitive (monotonous).

She means that she's boring, a single tone of voice repeated with different words.
Sameness or dull repetition in sound, style, manner.
Having no colour to her personality.
She sounds boring - she says so herself.
