So I logged into my facebook earlier today and on the news feed there were a bunch of people getting engaged. It started to make me feel so depressed and down whenever I saw the engagement statuses. It makes me feel bad because almost everyone at my age of 22 have already dated a girl and yet I can't attract any girls at all. I feel like I might end up alone because I can never attract any girls at all. How come I get so depressed when I see other people getting engaged ??

Because you are not getting engaged, you have to approah girls, girls will never approach a guy because they are fraid that the guy might think of them as being "easy".

Bc u want the same thing for yourself man. Take that depression and use it as motivation to improve yourself. Ive noticed confidence is a huge factor in attracting and keeping a girl. U gotta have that confidence I'm yourself(and if u don't well fake it) that's the only way to interact with women, u gotta show interest and confidence. and if u have trouble talking with them remember let them do the talking but do listen they love that.

Because you're focusing too much on what you don't have. If you want to get out there and meet someone, then do it! Hell, even dating sites are getting more and more successful nowadays. Until then, focus on school or your job, take up a hobby you've always wanted to try, learn to play an instrument, enjoy your freedom with the boys. You're depressed because you're dwelling. Stop wallowing in self-pity and live life!

Join a dating site and have fun, if you are a Christian with Christian values then there are Christian dating sites too. Dont sit alone at home, get out there and join in !!

Because you feel you're missing out on something. You're not! You just haven't met your girl yet, but she's out there and you'll find her. Good luck, 22 is too young to marry anyway and you'll see a lot more divorces coming in time. Feel better and hang in there. Best
