Ok so I commented some a status on Facebook thinking it had my name tagged in it but it didn't it was to another person with the same name and so I deleted my comment but I'm wondering will the person who posted still get the notification even tho I deleted it before she saw????

I don't think so. Unless she was online and it popped up and went away quickly, and probably didn't even get to read it.
