is there any website where i can play liars poker online? like the game where you use the serial numbers as card numbers, bluffing game

Nobody plays liars poker online. Liars poker aka serial bs is usually only played in real life when liars dice is not available (when we have no dice). Therefore it is rare to find a website that would be hosting it. Good places to find it are facebook apps. Be advised that the facebook games usually last no more than a month so it wouldn't be too easy to find it. If you would like to play Liar's dice online just search liar's dice on fb or the pirates of the carribean website also has it.
Liar's poker is so easy to play in person that there would be no need for you to play it online. Just find some dollar bills laying around that you don't need and play. If your bluff is called or your guess is wrong then your opposition(s) win your bill. If you seriously want to play it online just play liar's dice. If you would like to make an app hosting it yourself (which is pointless because all you need is a decorated page with a random number generator), create one.
