I wanna sell a pair of jordans over facebook. Alot of my FB friends post pics of jordans and sell them but i wanna is how do they get the money from the buyer and do they have to ship it. I will not use ebay or any of those sites.

Make a paypal account and just have them send you the money. Then just ship them the stuff.
