I'm looking for a young female R&B singer to do some music work with our group. Not many people advertise in the local paper, there's an ad up on craigslist, but no replies. I'm going to a few churches, however I need other ideas for places to advertise. Places that young black women hangout. Places that R&B singers would go to?

try facebook myspace twitter etc all of that good stuff yahooansers your advertsing right now but i would say go around and look at people who are performing amuteur night and everything
