I want to become a computer programmer or maybe even web developer or webmaster.I don't like science much...I want to take commerce and IP.Can I get into this stream and become a programmer??

Definitely..! You can become a Computer Programmer. I am a teacher of KV and I used to teach CS and IP I can give you many example of my students who were in commerce and right now studying BCA and MCA. Its all about interest and Logic. And IP is a Great Subject and it is not related to Science, So don't worry & GO AHEAD. You can visit a web site http://cbsecsnip.in where you can find lots of stuff regarding IP.
