What does the embedded Facebook Like button actually analyze? - TOXICBARRELZ - 05-01-2013 07:35 PM Hi guys I linked my website on Facebook today (it's a photography website) and there is a little embedded "like" button at the bottom--not to a facebook page, but just to like the page. I'm really confused because before I posted it, there were 0 "likes", and now there are 44. However, there is nothing on my dashboard from my friends that show they had liked it, so I'm confused--what does this button measure?? The annoying part is that you can't click to see who has liked it or anything so it's just confusing! Does anyone really know? - justme - 05-01-2013 07:38 PM Every time someone clicks a 'like' button, the Facebook algorithms analyze what was 'liked' then they can use target advertising on the user. - Jrad - 05-01-2013 07:40 PM yeah ,it analyze |
