after putting the google ads on ur site...spread info abt ur site throughout the internet and tell the people to click on the ads as a request.

Hey..You can't asked people to click on Google Ads...
it's against Google Adsense T&C.....
You just make your website more visible on internet search engine and other website..so that you can get traffic...

Money can be made using a Google AdSense account, but you need to understand how.
The number one misconception is "if I have AdSense I can make money." NO. The number one way to make money is to have TRAFFIC to your website. If you have no one visiting, then you don't have opportunities.
What you need to do to increase your revenue is get more traffic... LEGIT traffic. AdSense has something in the Terms of Service that says you are not allowed to pay for auto-surf traffic. So make sure you focus more on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to get traffic (also known as organic traffic) from the search engines: like Yahoo! Google MSN Ask.com, etc.
You can also use social networking websites like Digg.com, Stumbleupon.com, and BlogEngage.com to get a little boost in traffic.
Once your traffic picks up, you want to make sure that your advertisements are noticed by your users. Place them in places you feel the ads can get attention, but not take away from the overall positive appearance of the website. Don't make the site look spammy. If you give people what they want, they will hopefully bookmark your page and keep coming back. This opens more opportunities to make MORE money and get more traffic.
