My computer mouse cursor arrow thingy keeps freezing up, what can I do? - Nathan J - 05-01-2013 08:38 PM We've got a DELL computer about 3 years old. It mostly works fine, but recently it sometimes makes a "gonk" sound effect and reaction time is slow for a second. Usually, when it does this, after a couple of time the mouse arrow freezes and I have to unplug it from the usb port and plug it back in to get it to move again. Anyone know what is up and how I can fix this problem? It just started up out of nowhere a couple months ago. - Dell Inc. - 05-01-2013 08:41 PM Hello Nathan J, I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
