Well, it looks like you've been spammed/conned into going to the wrong site. (I'm not stupid enough to click on the link you posted in case it tries to reset my PC as well)
Delete your shortcut to Facebook.
Run a full anti-virus scan.
Run Malwarebytes
Run CCleaner.
Then log in to facebook - make sure it is the correct one - and immediately change your password.
