Will removing my SIM card from my iPhone 4S cause me to lose my passwords (ie. facebook password)? In other words, will I have to re-input my facebook password/email to login. Could somebody try this out for me please, because it is REALLY important that I don't log myself out... (long story)
ALSO, I am CHANGING my SIM card to a completely different number. Does this affect it?

No. The SIM stores nothing for app data. Changing your number would only affect apps that require it like WhatsApp, Tango, etc.
