confusing question
if you arent someone's friend on facebook, then you cant create a post on their profile in the first place

You cant put any wall post to the person who is not in your Facebook Friend list. You can share their videos, they wont get notification but under the video 1 have shared will shows, so they will come to know that you have shared it.
