Someone is sending out email's using my facebook name from lancetabz@yahoo.com.ph using Boo Kubik as the name how do I reserve find who's email this is?

You can't find it. But you can stop the use of your email id by removing all the apps in your Facebook profile. This way nothing has control over your account other than just you.
