There's a REALLY nasty spammer on twitter, and I've already reported them, and gotten some to report them as well. How many people need to report this user before their account can be suspended? Thanks.

If account looks "legit" from twitter's point of view, good luck getting it suspended.
Accounts with 2k followers and only 150+ follow back are easy to suspend, but take it from me.
I've been around twitter long enough to tell you with certitude that if the user knows
what he's doing and he's being not too repetitive, you will never get it suspended.
