My old best friend blocked me on Facebook and has had me blocked for like 10 months now. The other day, I just received a friend request from her. Which makes me believe that she un-blocked me cause it's not a new account.
When you unblock someone, does it automatically send a friend request to them, or did she re-add me herself?

No, if someone unblocks you they have to physically send you a new request.

No, but on their profile it will say suggested people you may know and you may be up there or someone else, or if they look you up they will find you
