Hello, I have free classifieds and ad's website. This new website will connect many countries and will be available for all countries. First I would like to create traffic for my project. What you think guys?

I really like your website - nice job.
I guess the only way to get people to use your website instead of one like Craigslist will be to offer them something that they can't get anywhere else. As far as I know, the only time someone needs to pay for anything on Craigslist is when they are posting an item in a few particular categories or if it is going to be listed in a larger city. Possibly you could make all of your postings free? You would have to target the communities of larger cities because smaller cities don't pay anyways so they wouldn't care.
Maybe you could even guarantee some number of page views for new listings to get the ball rolling. Classifieds are very much like forums in that they're very difficult to get started but once they have some momentum they will feed on themselves.

There are many ways that would help you increase your google page ranking and increase traffic to your website:
1st try to get more back links to your website and the easiest way to do that is by submitting your website to free web directories such as:

2nd Try promoting your website on social networking websites such as twitter
3rd and most importantly, provide quality content, this is an indirect way to get back links by genuinely driving people to link to your website,

There's plenty of ways to drive traffic to your site. The most effective in my opinion is ppc and article submission. Pay Per Click is good for getting fast traffic, and article submission is good for long term traffic and backlink building.
