The essence of being blocked means you cant.
You'll have to call them or go to their home.
Write a letter by regular mail etc.

Try social networking or a Find a Friend network and if the friend is worth it use an airplane message service to convey a message. Chances are someone may see it and pass the message on. In this case it would be better to create an email account so you can use it in the ad since you may receive numerous crank contacts afterward.
