I don't know the law in your jurisdiction and I am not a lawyer - so this is not legal advice. But posting photos of any illegal activity on FaceBook will very likely get you in trouble with the law. To my knowledge police all over the world use evidence gathered from FaceBook postings. It's slightly more convenient for them than if people do illegal things in front of the police station. FaceBook means they don't have to leave their desk. Check out how police are using FaceBook here:

Probably. What are you trying to prove by posting pictures of you smoking weed. Do you really think it's smart or are you stupid?

Yes. Advertising you have a lot of marijuana could lead to a search warrant of your home and confiscation of the marijuana. If you have a lot of it, you're facing felony charges for having so much and potentially being in the business of selling it.

Also, if you have a job your employer won't be too happy to see it and probably fire you.

Make smart decisions.

Well... Yes and no. They can't prove the weed in the pictures is actual weed or that you were actually smoking, however, if the police see it, they can get a search warrant, because it's probable cause, or something like that. And, of course, if they search your place and find any marijuana, they have all the proof they need.
