Huge question. It is a very complex issue. In short, the media is DELIBERATELY effecting social change by convincing the people that there interests are one and the same as the interests of the corporations and the elite ruling class that control government.

Mass media has become the agent for a particular type of social change: The far left secular society promoted by Academia and one world business moguls who would profit from it.

Mass media tried to be an agent of social control and change, but forgot that only people are the agent of change and their role of reporting on it.

This may not be great for your paper! But mass media causes a agent of social change by scaring the crap out all of us and causes riots.The social change it brings is negative most of the time and again its for rateings.
The tactic's used are putting things in the artical that will stir up alot crap!
Also they use people that they say are proof of what there writing.
They put alot of spin on alot of things they print so they can get your ratings no matter what!
To get more imformation for your paper you can look at
journalism,go to government sites you'll be suprised in what you find.
Also my final point ,Dude do your own paper!NO offense if I didnt feel for you I wouldnt have said anything. so dont take it to heart!
