How to avoid this facebook virus/scam? - dude - 05-03-2013 07:26 PM
Around twice a day it happens. My ID just sends messages to 12-15 of my friends and posts on their walls weird stuff and a link. It's like "Hey precious (link)", "Have you seen these lol pics(link)", "Whoz this fagt(link)".
How am I supposed to avoid that? Few of my friends have even unfriended me. IT's been happening since a week now, I'm tired of apologizing and removing that stuff from their walls.
How am I supposed to stop this?

If it's because of an app, how do I find which app it is?

I had a similar thing happen. It was because of an app. I just disabled, blocked and reported the app. It stopped.

Earlier you gave permission and acess to a facebook app to post and do these things.
You need to find the application and remove it and remove its rights to do so from the settings.

Delete any apps you don't really use. Also download and run Malwarebytes
