Just get the corresponding emoji app on your Kindle Fire, install it and it should show the icons:
http://budurl.com/KindleEmojiApps
You can get the apps on your computer to your Amazon account. It'll then show up on your Kindle Fire (which should also be registered to your Amazon account)
