It is in PageRage. You can see the guide below for better info.. 1 Press the "Windows" key on your keyboard and "R" key at the same time. This launches the Windows Run dialog box. 2 Enter "appwiz.cpl" into the Run dialog box and click "OK." Windows Programs and Features will appear, displaying a listing of all programs you have installed on your computer. 3 Scroll through the listing of programs and find "PageRage" or "Yontoo Layers." Highlight the program and click "Uninstall." 4 Input your Windows administrator password if prompted. Restart your computer after the program uninstalls.
