I get notifications about them but I can't see them when I view the status.
It's only my recent statuses but every comment on over 10 statuses? There are a couple conversations still going on so....

If someone types a status on their page and then changes their minds and deletes it, you will get the notice but see nothing

They may have deleted it. If you are on your phone then you can get the notification, but if they go and delete what they have said you won't see the comment. If it is on your PC then you might want to try to deleted your history and cache
