I have been been a member for a while now and I still cant figure it out

If you want to send a message to someone, you just type in their name after the @ sign. For example, to say I love your website to Perez Hilton, you'd type in @PerezHilton I love your website. That's all there is to it. The message will show up on their home page the next time they log in.
