I just made mine a few days agoo, and I tried following some people and they didn't follow back so I was like RAAA and stopped following them D: Any advice?
Also if any people from here have it, can ya follow me? I'll follow everyone back :o

Twitter relies on you posting a shed load of tweets, you'll get noticed by a few people, then it kind of snowballs from there. Just tweet a lot and follow loads of people. Just because you follow someone, doesn't mean they HAVE to follow you back.

Why do you think anyone wants to know what you have to say about anything?
Say something interesting and they might. Otherwise buy a load of teddy bears and tell them about today's weather. It will be just as significant.

1. tweet about 10 tweets a day, use hashtags
2. retweet things people you are following are saying
3. go to usocial.com
4. connect your facebook and email to your twitter, so your friends can find and follow you
5. get a twitter app for your phone so you can do all this more effiecently

Use the name of someone famous, or become famous yourself.

10 things u can do:
1- digg the internet for interesting stories
2- use ashtags to engage in the stream: e.g #nowplaying
3- follow people who follow back: search for #followback #followfriday etc.
4- tweet directly to famous people, if one notices you and answers u will instantly get a lot of followers
5- find an original idea, like this psychologist who offers to explain your dreams via twitter
6- promote ur twitter accounts on forums and blogs
8- promote ur twitter account on facebook
9- engage with every single people u follow: send them @messages, talk to them, try to be interested in what they do and some will follow back
10- get more followers on tweeterstar http://tweeterstar.com
