Okay ao i already know how to talk ( @yourname and then what your gonna say.) But do u write it on your status or how do u right it on their wall or whatever?????

You click on their profile and on the right hand side on the screen it should say "Actions" (just above where it shows who they are following) there will be two links, one to send a message or one to block the user.
